東亞銀行信用卡「保誠保險呈獻 合體 - 王菀之演唱會2025」(「演唱會」)優先訂票之條款及細則:

  1. 優先訂購服務(「服務」)只適用於東亞銀行信用卡合資格信用卡(「合資格信用卡」)持卡人。東亞銀行JCB白金卡除外。客戶須以認可信用卡支付全數方可享此優惠。
  2. 合資格信用卡信用卡之優先訂購期為2024年11月20日上午11時至2024年11月22日晚上11時59分或於全部優先訂購售罄。合資格客戶在優先訂購日期內可透過KKTIX網站https://kktix.com或KKTIX手機應用程式購買門票。
  3. 每交易最多可訂購每場4張門票。門票數量有限,先到先得,售完即止。座位將由KKTIX根據客戶交易的日期及時間以先後次序分配,不設自行選擇座位。如購買2張或以上的門票,KKTIX保留安排分隔座位 (包括以單數方式分配座位) 的權利。
  4. 只適合6歲或以上人士,每張門票只供一人進場,入場時必需持有有效門票進場。
  5. 無障礙設施(輪椅平台座位)使用者購票及入場安排通道
    a. 無障礙通道座位門票(「無障礙門票」)只適用於須依賴輪椅移動或持有相關證明文件顯示有需要使用無障礙通道座位的人士(「使用者」)及其陪同人使用。
    b. 當購買1張無障礙門票時,使用者最多可同時購買1張相同票價之陪同人座位門票(「陪同人門票」)。
    c. 持有陪同人門票之人士,必須與無障礙通道座位門票人士一起入場。
    d. 於入場時,主辦單位或場館職員有權要求查證,持有無障礙門票的人士,如非輪椅使用者,必須出示相關證明文件或行動不便的證明,例如 「殘疾人士登記證」(肢體傷殘類別) 或其他有效的醫生證明文件以顯示有需要使用無障礙通道座位。如不能提供有關證明,場館有權拒絕該人士及其同行者入場,並且不會安排退款。
    e. 持有無障礙門票及陪同人門票之人士,入場時如需協助,請在演唱會舉行3日前致電 2715-3850 聯絡主辦單位,提供購票詳情及聯絡電話,以便與場館預先安排。
    f. 由於場地通道及可到達程度有限, 無障礙通道座位及陪同人坐位位置可能會出現部分視線受阻之情況 ,敬請留意。
    g. 以上無障礙通道座位門票入場安排以主辦機構最後公布為準。
  6. KKLIVE Limited(「KKTIX」)須收取每張HK$45顧客服務費及每交易HK$40派遞服務費(最多4張門票)。交易已繳付的相關票務費或服務費,包括但不限於派遞費、顧客服務費及手續或行政費(如適用)在任何情況下均不獲退還。
  7. 門票將以專遞服務送遞到客戶交易時註明的地址,只限香港地區及每次交易最多只限4張門票。客戶必須確保該收件地址/資料正確無誤,已提交的位址均不可更改,主辦單位及KKTIX恕不負責因錯誤或不完整之收件地址/資料而導致之門票失遞。
  8. 如於2025年2月13日後尚未收妥門票,客戶可電郵至 hksupport@kktix.com 查詢。
  9. 所有費用包括所訂購門票總值、KKTIX的顧客服務費及郵遞服務收費(如適用)(「費用」)將於訂票後即時從持卡人賬戶扣除。如費用未能成功扣除,訂購將自動作廢。KKTIX將就此作出適當的通知。
  10. 所有已訂購或發出之門票均不可取消、退還、更換或轉售。門票如有遺失、塗污或被竊,主辦機構及KKTIX概不補發或更換門票,亦不會承擔任何責任。 對於因主辦機構推遲或取消演唱會而導致的退款安排,主辦機構保留要求出示相關有效的完整實體門票(連同票根)演唱會門票的權利,並有權拒絕處理未出示相關有效的完整實體門票(連同票根)的退款申請。
  11. 門票訂購、郵遞服務及補發須受KKTIX之條款及細則約束。
  12. 演唱會由特高娛樂制作有限公司(「主辦機構」 )主辦,而優先訂票服務則由KKTIX提供。東亞銀行有限公司(「本行」)不會對KKTIX的服務及主辦機構的演唱會之質素和供應,以及KKTIX及主辦機構的資料作出任何陳述或保證,亦不會對KKTIX及主辦機構的優先訂票服務、演唱會或資料所引起或與其有關的事宜負上任何責任。如對優先訂票服務或演唱會或有關資料有任何查詢或投訴,應直接聯絡KKTIX或主辦機構。
  13. 演唱會的演出日期將由主辦機構全權決定,主辦機構有權隨時更改活動的演出日期或取消活動的演出而無須事前通知,如致使客戶與主辦機構有任何爭議,主辦機構將保留最終決定權。如因事故而取消或延期活動的演出,主辦機構將決定及公佈延期或退回票款之相關安排。為免存疑,退票只退還所購門票總值,不包括任何已收的速遞費用(如有關門票已郵寄)或客戶服務費或行政費用。如安排退款,票款只會退回予原訂購之信用卡持有人,並只退款於有呈交未使用門票的原訂購人。有關經優先訂票所涉的退票安排由KKTIX負責,主辦機構及本行不為退票之相關安排負上任何之法律責任。
  14. 所有經服務訂購之門票如有損毀、遺失或被竊,原則上,本行、KKTIX及主辦機構並不承擔責任及不會補發門票。KKTIX將協助處理違失座位門票之事宜;此情況下,持卡人需就所違失座位門票向香港警方報失,並提交報失證明(正本) ,主辦機構將決定是否發出一封信去取代有關違失座位門票,即是,只有持有有效取代信的持卡人方可進入演出場地。詳情請聯絡KKTIX查詢。
  15. 入場人士於入場及觀看演出時,必須遵守演出場地的安排及規則。
  16. 拒絕遵守場地規則之人士,場地職員有權拒絕其進場,有關演出門票之費用、客戶服務費及速遞費用,恕不退還。
  17. 所有有關演唱會的最終入場安排以場地公佈及主辦機構之最新指引為準。
  18. KKTIX將收取持卡人之個人資料,而有關個人資料之使用將受指定KKTIX之收集個人資料聲明所約束。本行及主辦機構並未參與任何個人資料上的收集及使用,詳情請聯絡KKTIX查詢。
  19. 除持卡人及本行以外,並無其他人士有權按《合約(第三者權益)條例》(香港法例第623章)強制執行此等條款及細則的任何條文,或享有此等條款及細則的任何條文下的利益。
  20. 本行、KKTIX及主辦機構保留隨時更改或取消服務及/或修改或修訂此等條款及細則之權利,並作出適當的通知。如有任何爭議,本行、KKTIX及主辦機構所作的決定為最終及不可推翻。
  21. 請仔細閱讀所有條款及細則。訂票人有責任閱讀並理解這些條款及細則以及任何附帶的風險,義務和責任。通過購買/使用門票和/或進入場地,訂票人同意這些條款及細則的約束。如中文版本和英文版本不一致,將以英文版本為準。

“Prudential Presents Fusion Ivana Wong Live 2025”  (the “Concert”) BEA Credit Card Priority Booking Terms and Conditions:

  1. The priority booking service (the “Service”) only applies to cardholders of a valid BEA Credit Card (“Eligible Cards”). The BEA JCB PLATINUM Card is excluded. Cardholders are required to settle payment in full with Eligible Cards in order to enjoy the Offer.
  2. The priority booking period for Eligible Cards is from 11am on 20 November 2024 to 11:59pm on 22 November 2024 or while stocks last. During the priority booking period, Cardholders can make priority booking through KKTIX website https://kktix.com or KKTIX App.  
  3. A maximum of 4 tickets are allowed to book per booking transaction.  Tickets are available while stocks last. Seats are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, depending on the transaction date and time.  No seat selection is available.  For booking 2 tickets or above, KKTIX reserves the right to arrange separate seats (including allocation of seats in odd numbers).
  4. Only allowed for person aged 6 or above, each ticket admits one person only. A valid ticket must be provided for admission.
  5. Notice to Barrier-free Seat Ticket-Buyers & Admission Arrangement
    a. Barrier-free seat tickets (the “Barrier-free Ticket”) are only available for people who rely on wheelchairs for mobility or hold a valid medical certificate showing impaired mobility (the “User”) and their companions.
    b. When purchasing the Barrier-free Ticket, the User can also buy a maximum of one additional ticket for a companion at the same ticket price (the “Companion Ticket”).
    c. The holder of a Companion Ticket must enter the venue with the holder of the Barrier-free Ticket at the same time.
    d. At the time of admission, the organiser or venue staff have the right to request verification. Any person who is not a wheelchair user must show proof of inconvenience, such as the "Registration Card for People with Disabilities (Physical Handicap)” or other valid medical certificate showing the need for a barrier-free seat. If such proof is not provided, the venue reserves the right to refuse admission to the person and his/her companions, and will not arrange a refund.
    e. Holders of Barrier-free and Companion tickets who need assistance to enter the venue are kindly requested to call the organiser on 2715 3850 at least 3 days before the Concert in order to make advance arrangements including ticket details and contact numbers.
    f. Due to the constraints of the venue, there may be some obstruction to the line of sight for Barrier-free seat occupants and their minders.
    g. These Barrier-free seat ticket admission arrangements are subject to the final announcement of the Organiser.
  6. KKLIVE Limited (“KKTIX”) will charge a HK$45 Customer Service Fee per ticket and HK$40 Courier Fee per transaction with 4 tickets in maximum.  All relevant ticketing fees or services fees paid during the booking transaction including but not limited to the Delivery Fee, the Customer Service Fee and the Handling /Administration Fee are non-refundable under whatever circumstances.
  7. Ticket(s) will be delivered to customer’s designated Hong Kong address via courier services, each delivery is limited to 4 tickets per transaction.  Customers should ensure that the delivery address/information is correct. No amendments of delivery address for successful transaction. The Show Organiser and KKTIX are not responsible for undelivered tickets due to wrong or incomplete delivery address/information. 
  8. Cardholders who have not received tickets for the concert after 13 February 2025, please contact KKTIX for assistance by email: hksupport@kktix.com
  9. All charges, including the total amount for the tickets purchased, KKTIX customer service fee, and courier fee (if applicable) (the “Fees”), will be charged to the cardholder’s account instantly after tickets have been ordered. If the Fees cannot be debited successfully, the booking will be cancelled automatically and KKTIX will give appropriate notice.
  10. Tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or altered nor resale once ordered. If Ticket is lost, defaced or stolen, the Organiser and KKTIX will not reissue or replace the ticket, and will not bear any responsibility. For refund arrangement due to postponement or cancellation of the Concert by the Organiser, the Organiser reserves the right to require the presentation of an original copy of the relevant valid physical ticket (with ticket stub intact) for the Concert, and to refuse processing of refund application not supported by the presentation of an original copy of the relevant valid physical ticket (with ticket stub intact) for the Concert.
  11. Ticket booking, delivery, and re-issuance are subject to the terms and conditions of KKTIX.
  12. The Concert is organised by Toptop Productions Limited (the “Organiser”), while the Priority Booking Service is provided by KKTIX. The Bank of East Asia, Limited (“BEA”) makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the Service provided by KKTIX and the Concert organised by the Organiser, or the information provided by KKTIX and the Organiser. BEA shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the Service, the Concert, or the information provided by KKTIX and the Organiser.   Any enquiry or complaint regarding the Priority Booking Service, the Concert, or any relevant information should be directed to KKTIX or the Organiser.
  13. The dates of the Concert will be determined by the Organiser at its sole discretion. The Organiser reserves the right to change the performance date or cancel the Concert without prior written notice. In case of disrepute(s) arising therefrom between the Organiser and the cardholder(s), the Organiser reserves the right for the final decision at its own discretion. The Organiser will make decisions and announcements regarding arrangements in case of cancellation or postponement of the Concert. For the avoidance of doubt, there shall only be a refund in respect of the value of the tickets purchased which shall not include any courier fee charged (if the tickets are delivered to the cardholders) or any customer service fees or administrative fees charged. If KKTIX arranges a refund, the refund shall be made to the Cardholder who purchased the tickets with presenting the unused tickets. Refund relating to the priority booking service provided hereunder shall be arranged by KKTIX. The Organiser and BEA shall not in any event be responsible for any obligations and liabilities in relation to such refund.
  14. BEA, KKTIX and the Organiser, in principle, not be responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen tickets that were purchased through the Service, and not re-issue tickets. KKTIX will assist in handling cases of lost reserved seat tickets; in this situation, the cardholder is required to report the case to the Hong Kong Police, and provide the Lost Report (original),, and it will be subject to the Organiser’s discretion to issue a letter to replace the lost reserved seat tickets in question (i.e. the cardholder shall only be allowed to enter the venue if they have a replacement letter.)  Please contact KKTIX for relevant details.
  15. Spectators must follow the latest rules & regulations issued by the venue during admission and the show. 
  16. Spectators may be prohibited from entering the venue if they violate any of the rules & regulations of the venue.   In such a case, the ticket fee, customer service fee, and courier fee shall not be refunded.  
  17. All the rules & regulations are subject to the latest updates issued by the venue and the organizer.
  18. Cardholders’ personal data may be collected by KKTIX, and the use of such personal data shall be subject to the personal information collection statement of KKTIX. The Organiser and BEA are not involved in any part of such data collection and usage. Please contact KKTIX for relevant details.
  19. No person other than the cardholder or BEA will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
  20. BEA, KKTIX, and the Organiser reserve the sole right to vary or cancel the Priority Booking Service and/or amend or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time with appropriate notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of BEA, KKTIX, and the Organiser shall be final and conclusive.
  21. Please read all of the terms and conditions contained herein (“T&Cs”) carefully. It is the Ticket purchaser’s responsibility to read and understand the T&Cs and any accompanying risks, obligations and responsibilities.  By purchasing/using the Ticket and /or entering the Venue for the Concert, the Ticket purchaser consents to be bound by the T&Cs. In the event of inconsistency between the Chinese version and the English version of the terms and conditions stated herein, the English version shall prevail.
